RAISED FLOOR SYSTEMS

O2 FLOORING raised access floor systems offer safe, modular, and aesthetic solutions that facilitate infrastructure accessibility in modern buildings. Installed on steel pedestals or box profiles, these systems allow for the organized routing of electrical, data, mechanical, and HVAC installations beneath the floor. They are ideal for office spaces, call centers, data centers, technical rooms, and cleanroom applications.

Areas of use

  • Office buildings and call centers: An ideal infrastructure for cable management, acoustic performance, and aesthetic requirements.
  • Data centers and server rooms: Suitable for heavy cabling, high load-bearing capacity, and cooling solutions.
  • Cleanrooms, laboratories, and healthcare facilities: Supported by antistatic, hygienic, and easy-to-clean surface options.
  • Educational buildings, control rooms, and technical spaces: Provide reliable solutions for areas requiring robust infrastructure organization.
  • Exhibition halls and showrooms: Flexible infrastructure systems combined with aesthetic appearance.

Raised access floor systems are widely preferred by architects, fit-out contractors, construction firms, project managers, and end users due to their flexibility, accessibility to infrastructure, and aesthetic advantages, making them a reliable infrastructure solution.

System Components and Infrastructure Structure

Steel Pedestals / Box Profiles
Provide the desired floor height and feature an adjustable structure.

Stringer Systems
Establish horizontal connections between panels to enhance the rigidity of the system.

Bracing Systems
Reinforce the system’s resistance to vibrations and horizontal loads; critically important for high raised floors.

Modular Panels:

  • Calcium Sulfate Panels: Offer high load-bearing capacity and resistance to fire and moisture.
  • Antistatic PVC – HPL Coated Panels: Ensure electrical safety and surface durability in technical environments.
  • Perforated Panels: Used in applications requiring air circulation; compatible with HVAC systems.

1. Factory-Applied Laminated Finishes

Finishes integrated into the panel surface during production:

  • PVC / Antistatic PVC: A hygienic, easy-to-clean coating that provides electrical conductivity in technical environments.
  • HPL (High Pressure Laminate): Offers an aesthetic appearance with resistance to wear and scratching.
  • Ceramic, granite, and parquet finishes: These surfaces can only be integrated into the system through special technical solutions during manufacturing and are available on a project-specific basis.

2. Post-Installation Surface Finishes

Applied onto the panel surface after installation, either loosely or with adhesive:

  • Carpet Tiles: Provide acoustic comfort and are commonly preferred in office and social spaces.
    LVT (Luxury Vinyl Tile)
  • Offers high durability with a wide range of design options.
  • Loose-lay systems can be installed without adhesive.
  • O2 Flooring’s commercial solution Justlay offers quick installation, easy removability, and high aesthetics.

ENCAPSULATED CALCIUM SULFATE RAISED ACCESS FLOOR PANELS

encapsulated panel with calcium sulphate flooring

Known for their high load-bearing capacity and fire resistance, encapsulated calcium sulfate panels are structural elements with a calcium sulfate core, fully encased on both sides with hot-dip galvanized steel. Offering superior stability and moisture resistance, they are a reliable choice especially for offices, data centers, and technical spaces.

ANTISTATIC PVC-COATED CALCIUM SULFATE RAISED ACCESS FLOOR PANELS

anti static pvc coated

Antistatic calcium sulfate panels, known for their high durability and antistatic properties, are flooring systems with a calcium sulfate core and an antistatic PVC-coated surface. They provide protection against electrostatic discharge and are safely used in data centers, IT rooms, control rooms, and call center areas.

Concrete Core Steel Raised Floor Panels

Concrete Core Steel Raised Floor Panels

Steel Concrete Panels are manufactured from high-quality cold-rolled steel sheets; they are tension-formed, joined by spot welding, and coated with epoxy powder paint. The interior of the panel is completely filled with concrete. The holes located at all four corners are designed to be compatible with a corner-locking system.

Perforated and Grated Airflow Aluminum Panels

Perforated and Grated Airflow Aluminum Panels

Aluminum Grated and Perforated Panels provide high air permeability, ensuring effective air circulation in the environment. This feature is particularly advantageous in areas that require cooling. While grated panels are used without coating, both types of panels can be equipped with an electrostatic conductive coating and can be interchanged with solid panels.

Encapsulated Chipboard Raised Floor Panel

Encapsulated Chipboard Raised Floor Panel

Encapsulated Wood-Based Raised Floor Panel is a panel system fully encapsulated with hot-dip galvanized steel, featuring a high-density chipboard core. The top and bottom steel surfaces are pressed and riveted together. It is commonly preferred in technical spaces such as offices, data centers, and call centers.

Calcium Sulfate Raised Floor Panel with Galvanized Steel Bottom Cover

Calcium Sulfate Raised Floor Panel Galvanized Steel Bottom Cover

Calcium Sulfate Panels with Galvanized Steel Bottom Cover offer high load-bearing capacity thanks to their high-density structure. They provide resistance to moisture and corrosion, are fire-resistant, and environmentally friendly. These panels ensure long-lasting use and deliver a professional appearance in applications.

Special Coated Panels (Ceramic – Granite – Wood)

Special Coated Panels (Ceramic – Granite – Wood)

Special Coated Panels can be covered with various materials such as ceramic, granite, or wood, depending on design and functional requirements. They add both aesthetic and functional value to raised flooring systems. Thanks to these coatings, floors gain an elegant appearance along with surface properties suited to the intended application area.

Glass Raised Floor Panel

glass raised floor

Glass Raised Floor Panel is made of high load-bearing tempered glass and is compatible with all raised floor systems. It allows easy monitoring of the substructure without the need to remove solid panels. With its transparent appearance, it adds aesthetic value while offering practical observation in technical areas.

Raised Floor Accessories and Substructure Systems

Raised Floor Accessories and Substructure Systems

Pedestals, stringers, and braces used in raised floor systems are designed to ensure panel stability, control deflection, and allow for the organized routing of underfloor installations. These components contribute to the system’s longevity and safety while also providing ease of maintenance and access.
